Private Events - Candle Bar

Would you like to host something different for your private event? We can help! We offer private party events. You supply the attendees, food, drinks, and decorations, and we will supply the ingredients to make a unique take home gift. Contact us for further info on additional customization! Pricing listed is for up to 6 people, but you can choose additional participantsat a discounted rate. There are additional costs for special needs or requests, and are determined on a case-by-case basis. The candle bar will be closed to the public during your event. Call or email to book. 

Events must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance, but 45 days in advance is suggested during peak times (Summer and Holidays). Payments are non-refundable due to supply costs, and due at booking to hold your date. Please arrive on time for your scheduled event. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled event, your event will need to be rescheduled or cancelled. If you reschedule your event, your payment will carry over to your new booking time and date. Please reschedule as soon as possible. If you cancel without rescheduling, or no show, your payment will not be refunded. If we must cancel your event, we will work with you to reschedule your event. We are not responsible for acts of nature that cause last minute cancellations. 

Maker Experience Options:

Scented Container Candles or Carved Candles

Carved Candles (3 Colors) per person. Please be advised that Carved Candles take longer than regular classes (around 30 minutes per person). All carved candle parties include mini 7in carved candles. 

Please choose the price based on the size of your party. We can host up to 20 people at this time. Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. You may use your deposit to reschedule by calling us. Please see black out dates below under the holiday booking paragraph. 

Children must have completed consent forms by a parent or guardian 7 days prior to event or they will not be able to participate the day of the event. Consent forms will be emailed upon booking. 

This is perfect for bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday parties, baby showers, and holiday parties.

BYOB and food is permitted for private events.

Holiday party bookings are a first come first serve basis. We do not offer Christmas Eve or New Years Eve parties at this time.
