Shipping Policy
United States and Canada Shipping
We offer free shipping on purchases of $100 and up. Shipping rates will be based on carrier rates due to an increase in shipping costs. Our preferred form of shipment is UPS or USPS.
Most retail orders ship within 5 days of order and we use the fastest standard shipping available. Typically, customers receive their order between 3 and 7 days from order. Custom items ship within 10 business days, 14 business days during the holiday shopping season.
Due to current world issues, please allow for some shipping delays on retail and wholesale orders. Lead times are currently slower due to material shipping delays out of our control. If you have not received your order within 7 business days of recieving your order tracking information, please contact us.
All orders are insured up to $100. If your order is above $100, please purchase additional insurance and request delivery signature. This is especially true during the holiday season.
International Shipping
Due to the high cost of international shipping, all internationally shipped retail orders will be based on carrier rates. Retail orders over $200 will receive free international shipping.
All international orders will be insured and shipped at economy rates. Please allow 6 to 21 days delivery for international orders outside the U.S. and Canada. International customers are responsible for taxes and duty upon delivery of their item.
Wholesale/ Private Label Shipping
Wholesale orders both within the United States and internationally will be based on order weight and the shipping carrier selected at checkout, unless otherwise agreed upon in contract. There are also handling fees for wholesale/ private label orders, which will be displayed at checkout. Costs will be based on standard shipping. Customer is responsible for duty and taxes if applicable. Contact us for a price quote.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. These issues are handled on a case by case basis due to the amount of scammers online. Please email us if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to fix the situation, but some situations may be out of our control.
