Private Events - Mobile Candle Bar

We are now offering mobile candle bar candle making parties! Sit back and relax and we will bring everything you need for a fun candle making party! Mobile parties are great for team building exercises, bachelorette parties, birthdays, retirement parties, etc. Candle parties can be customized by theme. Parties can be either 8oz scented jar candles or 7in mini carved candles for mobile parties. Customizations Available: 

- Wax: Soy, Paraffin, or Gel

- Scents for Jar Candles: Practically Unlimited, Call for Questions

- Any Color for Scented Jar Candles

- Several Glass, Concrete, or Tin Options.

- Mini Carved Candles: Up to 3 Colors Per Person (Blue, Purple, Red, Green, Pink, Black, Yellow, Orange, Teal, and White). Carved candles are not scented.

- Candles can be customized!

Mobile parties are currently only offered to individuals who are utilizing an event venue at this time. Due to insurance purposes, we cannot offer residential or hotel room parties. We can attend public parks if there is access to electric, water, and restrooms during warmer months. 

Mobile parties cannot be booked on the following Blackout Dates:

Holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday Weekend, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or on New Year's Day. 

Additional dates may be added throughout the year. Call for availability. Please book at least 30 days in advance.

Party cost is required to book and covers the cost of supplies and reserves your date. Payments will not be refunded due to cancellations by the customer. If you or Hemp Wick Candles must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternate date to reschedule. Parties are not refundable due to supply costs. Nonprofits receive a 10% discount off their fee. Please email us before booking to receive your discount. 

Events include the cost for up to listed participants, drive time, set up, and the break down of equipment. Example; party includes one hour to set up, party time, and break down, plus travel costs. If you have additional guests, please call before booking. There is an additional fee per additional participant above 20.

For mobile parties, we must have access to a 110v electrical outlet, hot, and cold water, and tables for equipment. Carved Candles take longer per person. We can make around 4 mini carved candles an hour. If guests are dipping their candles then we can make 2 mini carved candles per hour. Carved candles will not have a gloss protective coating. 

Examples of event venues include churches, community centers, community rooms, banquet halls, Rec centers, Senior centers, etc. We must have proof of your venue booking emailed to us within 7 days of your event. Failure to book a venue for your event will result in a cancelled booking and your payment will not be refunded. Prices shown do not include food, decorations, the venue, or other party items. We are unable to accommodate outside venues unless there is adequate power and access to water where we are set up.

Mobile parties are only available to venues within 40 miles of Hemp Wick Candles. Please contact us for a quote if you want to host an event further away. Additional costs may apply.
